Jaffrey Rehabilitation & Nursing Center not only provides assurance for the resident, but for the family members as well. This center offers a supportive environment for individuals who require short-term and long-term care as well as those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. While receiving a wide range of services, residents can enjoy their level of independence as well as the dignity and privacy they deserve.

Jaffrey Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, conveniently located in the community of Jaffrey, New Hampshire. We encourage our residents to feel right at home and enjoy all the services, amenities, and comforts of our community.

We provide a homelike environment for our long-term care residents who need help with the tasks of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming; our 24-hour staff provides our residents with caring assistance. We can  also provide respite accommodations for seniors requiring temporary care.

We provide short-term care to help those get back on their feet with the proper care including; 24 hour Skilled Nursing as well as Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy which are available 7 days a week.
