Baking is a lot of fun, and even educational. There's reminiscing about baking in their younger years. Before we begin, everyone washes their hands. We ask why and always get the correct answer! For today's recipe, "poke cake," we used a mix, so we talked about the ease of not measuring every ingredient. There were eggs to crack and a lot of stirring and stirring.
