Jaklynn has more than 5 years of service with Jaffrey Rehab, serving our residents as both an LNA and MNA, and she is now continuing her exciting journey toward becoming a nurse! 🩺
No matter what role Jaklynn holds today—or where her healthcare career takes her in the future—she consistently exceeds expectations. Her commitment to ensuring residents and their families are treated with respect, compassion, and dignity while receiving quality care is something we are incredibly proud of.

When a resident tried to cut a little corner during therapy, OT Selena was quick to call him out—with a smile, of course! 😂
Don’t worry… Selena absolutely works with integrity and there’s no cheating your way through therapy at Jaffrey Rehab! What she does know is that sometimes a little humor, encouragement, and friendly banter can make the hard work feel a whole lot easier.
Therapy takes strength, determination, and plenty of repetition—but who says you can’t laugh while doing it? 💪😂
