🍨💙💛 We’ve been so busy doing work AND fun things around here, we almost forgot to share our “Just Because” Ice Cream Sundae Thursday from last week! 😋
Sometimes you don’t need a holiday or special occasion… you just need ice cream, toppings, and a good reason to smile! 🍦🍒
And the timing couldn’t have been better — Anne and her son were able to enjoy the special treat together while celebrating his birthday! 🎂❤️ It worked out perfectly and made an already sweet afternoon even sweeter.

💙💛 Our littlest Jaffrey Rehab team member stopped by today! 💛💙
Our Administrator’s 17-month-old grandson, Lincoln, came in for a visit — and naturally, he had to twin with Gram in his Jaffrey Rehab gear! 👯♂️💙
We were considering him for one of our open positions… but after observing his less-than-responsible approach to managing supplies, we’ve decided he may need a little more training before joining the payroll. 😂 Apparently, “put everything wherever I want” is not an approved inventory system.
Fortunately, Lincoln excelled in the most important part of his interview: visiting with our residents! 🥰 He enjoyed making his rounds, and our residents certainly enjoyed having him.
So, while employment will have to wait a few years, we’ve agreed to let him continue volunteering his time. 😉

Kathleen has a special connection to our center—many years ago, she worked as a CNA right here at this very location. She shared that her mom, Rita, was an RN, so bringing a little sunshine to other nurses is especially meaningful to her. 💙💛
The dahlias look beautiful at our nurses’ station and certainly brightened everyone’s day. Thank you, Kathleen, for thinking of our team and sharing a little sunshine with Jaffrey Rehab! ☀️🌼
