A Message from Our Administrator
I stopped by Jaffrey Rehabilitation & Nursing Center this morning after being away for a few days to pick up a few things and say hello. Sometimes the best measure of a team is what you see when no one is expecting you.
At 8:15 this morning, I walked into a center with no call lights on, residents enjoying a hot, nutritious breakfast, beds made, clean floors, smiling faces, and staff working together to ensure everyone had what they needed. The building was calm, welcoming, and full of compassionate care.
As an Administrator, these are the moments that make me the proudest. They are a reflection of the incredible people who choose to care for our residents every day—not because someone is watching, but because they genuinely care.
To our residents and families, thank you for trusting us with your loved ones. To our staff, thank you for your teamwork, your dedication, and the kindness you bring to work each day. You make a difference in ways that are seen and unseen, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Today and everyday is a great day to be part of the Jaffrey Rehab family.

While some say that life’s not all butterflies and flowers, even for a short while it was and still is at Jaffrey Rehab & Nursing Center. Residents gathered for creative art projects and used leaves from a rhododendron to paint and form petals for sunflowers. At another creative session, residents made frames from sticks and decorated parchment paper with pressed flowers and butterflies. Each person is encouraged to use their own creativity and style to produce their unique piece of art. What a sense of pride! Beautiful? Yes! Here's a collage slideshow of how the residents use their artistic talents.
