Don’t worry… Selena absolutely works with integrity and there’s no cheating your way through therapy at Jaffrey Rehab! What she does know is that sometimes a little humor, encouragement, and friendly banter can make the hard work feel a whole lot easier.
Therapy takes strength, determination, and plenty of repetition—but who says you can’t laugh while doing it? 💪😂

✨ GLOW big or GLOW home! ✨
Reliant Rehab held their monthly “Make Therapy Fun” event, and this month they turned down the lights and turned UP the fun with a GLOW PARTY! 🌟🕺💃
The room was glowing, the residents were glowing, and everyone was moving and grooving to the glow! Who says strength training and getting back on your feet can’t be a party?!
A huge thank you to Selena and Celsea for hosting another great event and finding creative ways to make therapy something residents can smile about and enjoy. 💪✨
