Our Dietary Department is always behind the scenes—prepping meals, supporting events, and caring for our residents with heart and dedication. This team has shown up for each other and for those we serve, every single day.
When they asked for their own holiday party, the answer was easy—you deserve it. Tonight was about celebrating their hard work, their resilience, and their many successes of 2025.
They live our High Five Values through their commitment, compassion, and community, and they are a vital part of the Jaffrey Rehab. We’re so proud of this incredible group and grateful they had time to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and be celebrated.

I have never seen a Dietary department so resident/patient centered. It all begins with the leadership. Ronnie is absolutely top tier when it comes to a Dietary Services Director. They truly care about what comes out of the kitchen to make residents, patients, staff and family members proud and are always open to constructive criticism. Cordell, Dreagan, Diane, Lisa, Mason, Brady, Andrew…. Along with all of the other amazing dietary staff- you are doing amazing and we are so thankful for the work you do to make JRNC’s stomachs’ full! 🖤
My staff and I have worked hard this year time for next year to give it are all!!!! I thank them for there hard work and dedication and making the meals wonderful lots of love in it thats for sure!!

This team is amazing. You work hard everyday not only by preparing nutritions and delicious meals but also in your relationships with the residents. You are always willing to meet the requests of residents and do so with a genuine smile. We are SO lucky to have such a detail oriented, dedicated and caring dietary team!
